Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some countries that we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of these countries we will contact you.
How do you deal with customs?
We are not responsible for any fees, such as customs fees once the item has been shipped. By purchasing from our site you consent that one or more of your products may have added customs fees when they arrive at your country.
How do I return an item?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and you wish to return the item. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Please provide details for why you would like to return the item and our Customer Service Team will choose whether to approve the return. We will email you if your return request is approved with details of how to send the item back to us.
Will shipping be covered for my returns?

What shall I do if the item is damaged, broken or not as described?

Include photographic evidence of the items, as well as your order number and other information and references concerning the package that was delivered.
